compileing problem?

ok so i compiled my map to a bsp (face_to_face.bsp) and i go to tremulous and start a server and i drop menu down (~)
and put in "/devmap face_to_face" it should work right it dosent anyhelp?  ???

If your map is not in a pk3 type '/sv_pure 0' first then '/devmap MAPNAME'.

ok so i did that i entered /sv_pure 0 /devmap face_to_face
it dident say this like it use too "couldent find map or maps/face_to_face.bsp"
it just sat there not doing anything
could it take a few minuts to do somthing
or should it be instant?

You don't have to start a server for this, do it in main menu.

coulde i have the map in a wrong folder i have it maps and not base dose that do somthing?

As far as I know maps need to be in the ./base directory.

ok i put it in base and maps and out in the tremulous folder and now it loads textures to 60% and says
couldent re_loadworldmap: maps/ facetoface.bsp
i dont know what this means?

.bsp needs to be in base/maps folder.

it still says
error.
re_loadworldmap: maps/ facetoface.bsp

and i have it in maps and base? I'm stuck and i need help
anybody know a good compiling guide or good guide to test your map and compile it
using gtk1.5 or a solution thanks.

ok suscess i made it work my first map is working only problem is that some of the walls dont have textures but in gtk they do any help on fixing?
