Considering he cant post for himself, here is a piece explaining the restricted status.

suntac no that was not why i was restricted obviously i wouldn't be asking why am i restricted if im not restricted and i would stop derialing threds if it was fixed and i could access my own account and get pms, if a admin hasn't responded by now then they havent seen it. also it was a mistake by the way i was restricted becauase all i can do is post which gave me no way to contact admins or recieve messages from them or it was  one of the recently banned admins. this i think (last time i checked  when i was admin 2 years ago) is against the code of conduct thing for the admins. you have to beable to contact them some how.

First off, you were restricted because you fail to use even the basic most level of grammar and capitalization. You post long ass walls of text that make no sense, and rarely contribute to the threads in which they are posted. The occasional period or comma that appear seem to be typos, and serve no purpose.

Also, you were never an admin here, you likely never will be, and there is no official code of conduct. There is an unspoken code among the moderators and admins, and we are working on something, but there is nothing beyond Timbo's original guidelines. And as for "recently banned admins"? What the fuck do you get off on? I, as well as most of the community, seem to have missed this.

Sorry SNB, bur after looking at that comment I laughed my ass off. I know this is a video game forum and spelling mistakes are okay, but, god. I just feel really bad for you, your English teacher must've been a lazy asswart or after trying to teach you proper grammar skills, gave up. There is a Spell Check button on the button there when you reply, do you see it? I haven't seen, ummm, text like this since high-school, and in my high-school we had some pretty dumb grammar monkeys.

It's somewhat like the Roman Coliseum, or your violent movies. We want to see what happens to the "bad" guy. I remember on some forum I used to frequent, there was a thread of recently banned users, what they did to deserve the ban, and a link to the thread that tipped the admin over the edge.

@Tycho: Nice use of the Latin. Had to look that one up. It led me to bread & circuses, which led me to prolefeed, which suggested pabulum. I note here that the root pan refers to the pre-existing Green Man, or God of the Rustic and Pastoral Countryside, God of Bread and Wine, the Great God Pan, also the root of panic, as in fear. But when the bread and circuses runs out, that's what it usually leads to.

You realise there was no way in hell i would have figured that out with out you telling me.  You have to look at this from my point of view, to me it looked like some one had restricted me for for no reason.  I had not received a explanation and I could not contact admins.  Also during my restriction status I could not use the spell check feature so nothing could be done their nothing there.  Also I am not typing in English.  I speak and write Creole so I'm guessing if I do the slightest mistake on punctuation it will mess the whole thing when it translates into English (though I have no idea how computer translation works). (by the way I'm typing English now)

I hope you have learned your lesson as I have.  Give out why people are restricted and if they will get it back (not necessarily when) as a courtesy

Btw, as mentioned in another thread, a member having restricted status is like a warning to tell them that they're on the fast track to a ban, so you were warned. But questioning why you got restricted is okay.
