Human Strategy for ManCannon_B3:
1 - move your RC to the other dead end in your base and set it close to the wall on the right side.
This allows you to build upstairs and put rets in the hall.
2 - Keep 2 nodes, DC and 1 armory down stairs with 1 or 2 rets.
3 - Put 2nd arm and 1 medistation up stairs and spend the rest on hall rets.
----Here's the advantage---
- Attackers will be stopped in the hall and won't even reach the basement - your back won't get to the wall.
- dretches are gunned down easy.
- Snipers will take heavy damage just to get off 1 shot.
- Rants will take heavy damage and can be bottle-necked easier and will be an easy hunt if you chase after them.
- Don't need tesslas.
- Humans spawn in a safe place where they can see if the RC is in danger. Spawned humans wont block or slow down the other players at the arm.
- Assulting fighters have faster access to med and arm.
- A builder can easily fall back and build in the basement if the hall defences fail (after 20+ runs with this layout i have yet to see that happen.)
- and the last benifit? Aliens will bitch that the map is unfair.
