My computer says: GLM_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystems: HELP!!!

Once the start box comes up, the screen flashes a fex times and opens a command prompt box saying:
GLM_StartOpenGL() - could not load OpenGL subsystems
Could someone please tell me what this means, I would be immensly thankful!!!
