If you are the kind of player that turns a public game around with ease when a team is falling down for the count.
Experience in scrimmaging big names clans before such as OPP or NT or any clans that are up right now.
You are the normal deciding factor on a team.
It is always easier to play with people that play for fun and enjoy playing instead of ruining it for everyone. (dont flame and disrespect everyone your around)
Great under pressure (such as; low on hp, surrounded by enemies, and walk away killing all)

Poor Nick, unfortunately his behavior was a bit un-acceptable to an extent since he was aggressive towards others, but Tremulous does take a toll on one's patience and I'm sure he had a pretty bad week.

And I have to agree with Caveman, clan information like the one stated above is best put in your own website for other clan member's to see. There isn't really anything wrong putting it here, but it makes more sense if you put it on your site.
