Please Don't Tell Me 1.1 Is Still out

So I was lulzin' about how people are like "zomg update plz its been forever" and I thought about how much this game has actually changed. I re-wrote the lyrics to the song "wonderful" by Everclear, which you can listen to here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vKCsugC1z-w

After you read/listen(or not) post your favorite memories of glitches past, or the things you're most glad have changed. I just want to get across the idea that while there's been no official release, the game has been far from "dead" or unchanging.

So yep:

I ragequit when I get too mad
I know I would have won in lagged
It seems like there's a reason to hate
Behind every q-v-m update

I want the things that I had before
Like a flamethrower blaster or a glitch build war
I wish I could count to ten
And make everything be 1.1 again

I hope MG and I hope the devs
Will figure out that this change sucks ass
I'm sure they're coding up all night
Changing my dretch and it makes me wanna cry

Close my eyes when I go to bed at night
I dream of turrets stacked half a mile
I feel better when I hear them say
Everything will be 1.2 some day

Updates may mean everything when you're new here
And the game is so glitched
I just don't understand how
You can take black text from our names
And you tell me everything's still 1.1 now

Please don't tell me everything's still 1.1 now

I log on trem and I head to AA
I tell my clan that it's all okay
"I won't update" I let them know
They still don't know that Laki's runnin' my show

Go to forums and I read these lies
It's been two years and yes time flies
I don't believe you when you say
Everything won't be 1.2 someday

Someone's now patched everything, 'cept a little
And the game is so fixed
I just don't understand how
You can see all this change that they've made
And you tell me everything's still 1.1 now

I had a tremulous 1.2 song I made a little while ago but yours totally blows it out of the water.

The beauty which only a few will see, because the others will just quit as the official client is buggy and featureless. It's almost as if the devs dont want anyone to play this game.

Well, Halo Wars came out (albeit, on xBox only, so therefore, fuck it, bigtime) so I guess this is the year to release vaporware.

I bet Duke Nukem Forever will come out before 1.2. Prove me wrong, Devs. Prove me wrong.
