Wrong, could be any server with g_nospawnblock set to 1.

g_nospawnblock doesn't make g_gravity a negative value (the symptoms described, bouncing, flickering, gravity death, all describe what happens when g_gravity is a negative value)

well actually the biggest WTF moment: I was in CSS, had my m4a1 ready and loaded. untill suddenly this guys pops out starts mouse glitching (play model twitches) and then he kills me even though it's like he's not aiming. so I reported him and got him banned
