The RCON Pass is stored in the server.cfg file of your server ( I assume you're trying to get the RCON pass for your own server).

Hes nice. Just try to read the rules. Hes also right. If you dont know what Console is, then you shouldnt bother trying.

What the hell am I saying just do some research on the wiki. I never knew what consolee was at first either.

Also: a  .cfg (.configuration) is a renamed .txt file. type "set rconpassword FlyingMonkeys" in the file, put thaat file in you base folder, and make your server. When your server is functioning, go in console (~) and type "/exec <name of .cfg file without the .cfg at the ending> and thats it.
and FYI, dont try asking to set up a internet server, seriously you have to be experienced.
also: use the EDIT button before double/triple/quadruple/ETC posting.

*Sigh* Rcon stands for "remote console".  You will most likely only have remote console access on servers you create.  Assuming that you created your own server and are trying to set your rcon, search for your server.cfg file.  Depending on your operating system, it will be in difference places.  Now read this quote:

You'll want to see if the line "set rconpassword" exists, if it does add your password to the end of that line.  If it doesn't exist create it.
