Methane (beta-1)

This map has been living on my hard drive since 2007,
and since it would be a shame to let it go to waste
I finished the layout and brought it up to a playable
state.

The map is rather large and allows for vertical movement,
and hopefully, some interesting gameplay.

EDIT:
Allright, the map looks good and...It's a really, Really, interesing map. It seems symetrical and yet, its not. Two things for beta 2:
1: better alien default base. It has 3 entrances, and its too wide open. Either make another room, make more places for defences or remove an entrance.
2. at the end of the spillway is some visible caulk.
I can't wait for this to be on the official server!

I got small feeling that humans have good time on this map. Both for bases as well in moving around. But we see that.

I'll try look this more properly, once I have time for that. Both in-game and /devmap

I should thank KaziorVB for the grangermachine, I graciously stole it from Ethereal.

I could try making it dispense grangers, like the vending machine on nano.
(damn I should probably fix all those vending machines)

Fun facts: The vending machines and the large fan at the bottom of the nano tower
were stolen from methane.
