You are in Argentina? I did a quick search and found a couple indications that Argentina does not have fair use/fair dealing, so I suggest you don't copy or directly translate anything that does not have a license that clearly permits it. But information and ideas are not copyrightable, only the expression of them, so you can still paraphrase without a problem as long as the actual text/whatever of your version is sufficiently different.

Works Not Covered By Copyright and Idea-expression divide assume U.S., but generally apply elsewhere (with exceptions, so look up your own copyright laws), especially if the copyright is a U.S. copyright and only applies elsewhere due to treaties.

If you want to know about specific content you are interested in copying, you have to be specific about it. Otherwise, I can only give you that general suggestion.
Need help? Ask intelligently. Please share solutions you find.

!!!!!

oh, oh yea.  that's right, you dont copyright those, you trademark them or name them trade secrets.
Note 4: The best, although not always easiest, way to deal with trolls is thus: do not respond at ALL in the thread.
Main Rules
4.) No spamming or advertising (includes useless multi-posts and bumps.)
6b.) Do NOT harass other members.
  6c.) Do NOT troll!

I believe the word you're looking for is 'patent'.
