I'm also trying out unity 5 as I want to get into game design (multiplayer balance), and knowing how to code for games is a reliable way to get into it. Maybe one day I'll recreate tremulous, who knows?

Grapefruit (aka swamp-cecil), do you have experience working with blender?  Xembie recently released a plugin for blender that exports complete maps for quake based games (such as Tremulous ;) )
