Anything I do or say is probably extremely stupid, and likely to cause me embarrasment in the future.

And not just in the future buddy. If anyone makes Pornulous, I will personally take great pleasure in torturing them to death. I can see no reason why anyone would jack off to that.

That picture is a bad angle. You can tell that Vasquez is female in the movie quite easily, she was just grimacing and a weird angle in that picture. GI Jane is no more feminine, from what I remember. Besides, Vasquez pwns.

Right, back on topic: Female playermodels. It would appear that most people here would like a choice of human playermodels, of gender and of ethnicity. However none of the threads about this ever got to "here's a model" Perhaps a modeling competition could be held?

I'm not a modeler myself, but I've head that this Blender extension (called "makehuman") may be helpful: http://projects.blender.org/projects/makeh/

...and remember: Excessively big knockers in Q3-type playermodels will NOT improve the gameplay!

It should not be out of place, i.e. no high-heels, not much skin
It also should not affect game-play in anyway.
However, not only would it be a nice change of scenery, it would also make keeping track of your teammates much easier.
