Ok. The scariest game I have every played (because of atmosphere, sounds, and monsters, not crappiness). If this were a FPS people would have died. Well maybe not.

-Gameplay style is similar to myst I believe(kind of first person, you pick a direction to travel).
-PC game.
-I think it was designed for Windows 1.1 (yes old).
-Microforum is one of the companies that made/distributed it(I am not sure).

No, not Ninja Gaiden, or any of the Turok series. Also remember the shots are from a fmv cutscene you can trigger early in the game.

Win98, it looks like this is anything but "easy street."  It's got me totally stumped.  Even the fact that it's on Youtube...not helping at all, considering there's no search advanced enough to sort  by length (yes, I tried :o hax).

The fact that it's a FMV cutscene hurts, because it's hard to tell what era the in-game graphics are from.

Could it be Daggerfall or Elder Scrolls:  Arena?  Random guess...

As long as you've worked out that the creature in that second shot isn't a velociraptor but rather a zombified doberman it's surprisingly easy, in fact i'd go so far as to say blatantly obvious, i've never played it but this is Resident Evil.
