I can understand grange plushies (goes hand in hand with the egg shaped sex toy), but why would you make a battlesuit plushie when you could instead make a battlesuit-shaped battlesuit?  Seriously, we need more mechsuits in the world!

For play on server necessary distribution program Tremulous versions 1.1.0. In avoiding all the manner of trouble and malfunctions recommend to use solely original version of the play without some rusification. If you want to register its drooped beside us on server or get the possibility an  or use the reserve slots when server is filled, that you necessary to install the updated version of the play. hey i have an idea why not send out a stupid rick roll type link that jumps all over your screen and has lots of grangers hopping around and then when you click on the page it takes you to tremulous.net. At least then some people will know about it.

It's impossible for Tremulous to cost anything, it's open-source.  As long as people are willing to put forth the effort to promote it by their own means and for free, it can be promoted, it just takes something a lot of people lack - initiative and commitment.

if the license is changed to say... BSD the source can be 100% open but you can charge for binaries or you can leave portions of code open like the game engine.

Well, I don't think that id will release it's code under a BSD license, so you can't change the tremulous license before the copyright runs out.

What vectors can this information be shared? Forum signatures (dynamic images). Social networking apps. Mobile applications. Instant messaging. HTML iframes. Flash apps.

If you spend the time to make something that works for you, your resulting marketing affect is multiplied by the number of people who care about the game.

Any centrally stored DB will be flooded with bogus info.  Lot's of servers run localised versions of that though.
Support for ffmpeg has already been added, there should be a patch floating around somewhere.  Last I heard it wasn't going to be added to 1.2 due to dependency proliferation.
Go to master.tremulous.net to see what servers are doing.  I'll try and get around to adding a "show all" and "hide all" button so you can search for players easier.  Most servers also have their own status pages.
If you want a what game you are playing sig, there are plenty of services that will let you do it.  It totally wouldn't surprise me if there are servers with such images available.
